LEO's mission as the Lynn area's anti-poverty agency is to eliminate the immediate effects of poverty while striving
to eliminate its root causes, and thereby improve the quality of life for all the residents of the Lynn area.
For over 35 years, Lynn Economic Opportunity, Inc (LEO) has been helping children, the eldery, and low-come families build
better lives through education, child care, energy assistance, and other services. LEO has recently moved to new offices
at 156 Broad Street. (781) 581-7220.
Last Year LEO provided help to over 9,700 people living in over 3,600 households. LEO is funded by the Federal Government,
State Government, City Government, Private Foundations, and individual people!
