Accepting Fuel Applications
Lynn Economic Opportunity, Inc. (LEO) is accepting applications for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program:
November 1, 2011 through April 30, 2012.
This federal fuel assistance program is open to all eligible resident households of

OCTOBER and NOVEMBER :

ALL OTHER APPLICANTS: DECEMBER – APRIL
Walk In Hours
Monday - 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Tuesday - 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Thursday - 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Those clients with recertification applications or have already applied and are returning documents should come in to the office
Wednesday 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM or Friday 9:30 AM-3:30 PM.

Check on your Fuel Assistance Application Status now using our automated Fuel App Status system.
Call (781) 581-7220 - Upon hearing the "Welcome to LEO" message choose 4 on your keypad and follow the system prompts for your status.
The status will be as of the time of your call, our system is updated constantly through out the day.
Clients are encouraged to call before coming to make sure the list is open.
Those clients with recertification applications or who have applied and are returning documentation may come into the office either Wednesday or Friday from 9:30 – 3:30.
During the months of October, November and December we will see only those clients with utility shut-off notices and those who heat with deliverable fuels (oil, kerosene, propane and wood). Beginning in January 2012, we will see all other households.
